Introduction
The Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course is a program designed to train pilots to the level of proficiency necessary to enable them to operate safely in multi-crew, multi-engine airplanes under IFR.
The objectives of MCC training are to develop the technical and non-technical components of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to operate a multi crew aircraft.
Purpose and Goals
With the MCC Standard course the candidates ensure their optimum decision making, communication skills, allocation of tasks and mutual supervision.
They learn to use of checklists, teamwork and support of all phases of flight under normal, abnormal or emergency conditions.
Course Structure
Ground School: Comprehensive theoretical instruction covering 5 topics such as communication, leadership and team work, situational awareness and problem solving, workload management and crew coordination
Simulator Training: Practical flight instruction takes place in our latest generation ALSIM the ALX FNPT II and includes 20 hours of training or 15 hours for ATP (A) Integrated Students.
Requirements
License holder: The candidate must be a holder of CPL MEP IR license.
Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 medical certificate is necessary to ensure the candidate meets the health standards for commercial pilots.
Language Proficiency: The candidate must be a holder of EASA Language Proficiency Level 4 (at least)
Duration and Cost
The course duration is 10 working days
The cost of MCC Standard Course is 2.400€.
Certification and Career Path
Upon successful completion, graduates will upgrade their license form CPL to ATPLf and have the qualifications required applying for an Airline Transport Pilot License. This certification opens up career opportunities with commercial airlines, cargo carriers, and other aviation sectors.
